Which edition should I download?

The answer depends on the version of Windows that you use: If you use a 32-bit version of Windows Vista, XP, 2000, then choose the 32-bit edition. If you use a 64-bit (x64) version of Windows Vista or XP, then choose the x64 edition.

I have already purchased Desktoplet 32-bit Edition, and now I have upgraded to Windows x64. Do I have to pay for Desktoplet x64 Edition again?

No, you don't have to pay again.
