ActiveExit version 15.8 released
WinAbility Software Corporation has released ActiveExit version 15.8, a system utility that you can set up to automatically log off the inactive users from their Windows sessions.
If you are an administrator of a computer site, and you find that users often forget to log off from their accounts when they leave their computers, you can set up ActiveExit to log off such users automatically after a period of their inactivity. Even if a user has locked the computer, or disconnected from the server, ActiveExit can log off such a user after the idle period you set up, without the need for manual intervention.
You can set up ActiveExit to display a warning message to the users before actually logging them off. You can customize the text of the message to be displayed to the users, as well as specify how long it should remain on the screen. You can use ActiveExit configuration utility to specify which users or user groups should or should not be processed by ActiveExit. This way you can, for example, exclude system administrators from being automatically logged off by ActiveExit.
ActiveExit can be installed on the computers running Windows 10, 8, 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP. Windows Server 2012, 2008, and 2003 are also supported. ActiveExit is enterprise-friendly: it supports Active Directory, Group Policy, as well as the unattended installations and updates. ActiveExit runs natively on the x64 editions of Windows.
ActiveExit is free for personal use. Business customers may purchase the per-computer or per-connection licenses securely online at http://www.winability.com. Site licenses and volume discounts are available. For more information, or to download ActiveExit for evaluation, visit http://www.winability.com or contact WinAbility.Com at P.O. Box 630272, Rockville, UT 84763-0272. Phone: 1-435-200-5772.
